Scripts and keys are strictly non-transferable and for personal use only.
Attempting to reverse engineer, dump, or resell scripts results in permanent ban.
All purchases are final. Refunds are governed by our strict SLA policy.
By creating an account, acquiring a script key, or utilizing our portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.
VALINC SYNDICATE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute authorized scripts. You shall not decompile, disassemble, modify, or distribute any script bytecode or loader binaries.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys. Keys are locked to your designated Hardware ID (HWID). Reset requests are subject to cooldowns.
All transactions processed via NOWPayments or authorized merchants are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of an unresolvable technical failure attributable directly to our backend service.
VALINC SYNDICATE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account or key found violating these terms without prior notice or financial reimbursement.
